Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process your data solely on the basis of statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian TKG 2021).
When you book we process: title, first and last name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination address, date and time, flight number, passenger and luggage details, and your notes.
When you contact us we process the data provided in the form and your message.
Processing is carried out to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (c), and on the basis of legitimate interests in a safe and reliable transfer service (f).
Booking data is stored for the statutory retention periods (in Austria usually 7 years). Contact enquiries are deleted once they have been fully processed.
Data is disclosed only as far as necessary to carry out the trip (e.g. to the assigned chauffeur or partner companies) or as required by law. There is no transfer to third countries (placeholder).
